At SceneAnvil, we believe creative professionals must retain total confidentiality over their intellectual property. We do not use your generated images, synthesized video footage, or custom prompt engineering to train our own foundation models or fine-tune public models.

Your creations and drafts remain strictly yours. We do not sell your personal data or creative work to third-party data brokers or AI crawlers.

To operate our multi-model studio platform efficiently and prevent credit fraud, we collect minimal operational telemetry:

• Account Identification: Email address and verified authentication tokens managed via Clerk.
• Payment & Invoicing Records: Processed securely via Polar (Merchant of Record). We never store raw credit card numbers.
• Generation Dispatch Logs: Model selection, prompt text, timestamp, and render duration to calculate exact GPU ledger usage.

All data transmitted to and from SceneAnvil is protected with TLS 1.3 encryption. Uploaded assets and rendered video files are stored in private enterprise blob clusters with AES-256 server-side encryption at rest.

You may purge your media files from our storage at any time directly through your account dashboard.

Regardless of your geographic jurisdiction, SceneAnvil provides all creators with full sovereignty over their digital footprint:

• Right to Portability: Export all generated MP4/PNG assets and metadata logs in one archive.
• Right to Erasure: Permanently delete your user profile, billing history, and render archives with a single request.
• Opt-Out of Telemetry: Disable client-side behavioral analytics without affecting studio compute functionality.
