Terms of Service

By accessing or using SceneAnvil (“Service”, “Platform”, or “We”), including our web studio, API, and associated tools, you (“User” or “Customer”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.

If you do not agree to all provisions contained herein, you must immediately terminate use of the platform.

As between you and SceneAnvil, you own all outputs (videos, images, audio syncs, and text prompts) that you generate using SceneAnvil, subject to your compliance with these Terms.

• Paid Subscribers: Subscribers on Creator, Pro Studio, or Production Studio plans receive an unrestricted, perpetual, worldwide commercial license to exploit, broadcast, monetize, and distribute generated content.
• Free Tier Users: Free tier outputs are licensed for personal, educational, and evaluation purposes only. Commercial broadcasting requires an active paid plan.
• Zero Royalties: SceneAnvil claims no royalties, revenue share, or mandatory attribution requirements on client work produced in our studio.

You agree not to utilize SceneAnvil to generate, facilitate, or promote:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or non-consensual sexual imagery (NCII).
• Defamatory, fraudulent, or malicious deepfakes intended to deceive voters or commit financial fraud.
• Direct incitement of violence, terrorism, or illegal weapon manufacturing.
• Automated bot spam or unauthorized scraping of our GPU clusters.

Violations result in immediate account termination without refund and may be referred to competent law enforcement agencies.

SceneAnvil bills via Polar (our Merchant of Record). Subscription plans renew automatically on a monthly or annual cycle unless cancelled prior to renewal date.

Because compute cycles are irreversibly consumed on physical GPU hardware clusters upon dispatch, completed generations are non-refundable. However, any generation that fails due to upstream hardware or server error automatically returns credits to your wallet via our instant refund ledger.
